Clean My Couch was running a very complex operation before the implementation or AI. They had systems to simplify their business processes, but all in all they were still executed and supervised by human input. Processes such as monitoring if all scheduled appointments we’re eventually completed, monitoring differences in expected customer payment versus the actual payouts, because their employees work as private contractors; generating invoices for their employees based on their service radius and the percentages that comes with those radii, monitoring reviews that their employees received for determining the weekly employee-of-the-month just to name a few. Botforce started to automate their daily monitoring
and moved that up to the weekly monitoring including the generation of invoices for their employees and setting up a 100% automated payroll. Now from the customer payment up to the payout of the employee, everything is done by bots. Then started the challenging task of building automation of their customer service. We started with their Dutch department, and rolled that out to all other countries such as Germany, Belgium, England, Spain and Poland. Botforce reduced a team of 25 customer support agents, back to 5, one for each operational country. Now their appointments though their booking plugin and WhatsApp are fully robotically processed though RPA and Machine Learning.
