With servicing over 200.000 students throughout the country with high level education it is hard to keep things simple. With expansion of their education infrastructure came an obvious expansion of their operational team. De Nederlandse Muziekschool had the wish of reducing their annual budgets not to provide for an ever-growing operational workforce but to instead reduce their operational costs which could be instead reinvested in quality education. And so their journey into automation began.
Bot(force) started with the automation of their administrative and financial processes, such as processing new students, renewals of their student-subscriptions and setting up a folly automated pay-roll for their teachers. With the insight and knowledge of those processes the leap towards automating their customer service and other processes was obvious and done successfully in a short times notice.
