Wodzisławskie Centrum Medyczne has innovation in its core, it was founded to treat patients with the newest medical technics. In order to provide patients with the highest medical standards, clinic’s administration costs had to be reduced to minumum. Bot(force) experts in cooperation with clinic’s managers have identified and mapped processes that could be automated within clinic’s operations. Our team have built bots for automation of the following processes:

• Data analysis – significant costs and errors decrease, as well as better financial and operational decisions.

• HR operations – Bots not only keep track of all documents but also schedule shifts for doctors and nurses, which decreased number of department’s administration employees, increased efficiency and work satisfaction of other employees.
• Accounting operations – mostly invoicing processes were automated, which reduced time spent on repetitive tasks to 0 hours per month. All invocing flows are currently run automaticaly and supervised by 1 employee.
• Planning shifts – scheduling shifts for doctors and nurses is a very time consuming process that is now automated in 70%. This process is not only planned by AI but it also notifies employees about any changes and keeps reminding them about their schedules.
